Minecraft cant download game

I could sign into my account (it's the right account) but it says "Get Minecraft" in a green box. And when I click that on my local pc, it'd usually redirect me saying that I already own MC and gives me a download. But this is not the case for my "new" computer. I was playing Minecraft some weeks ago (five to seven weeks ago) and then one day, I tried to play the game and it didn't work so I looked at the Development Console.
